  • 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Stack tortillas and cut into 6 wedges each.
  3. In a large bowl, toss tortilla wedges with melted butter until evenly coated.
  4. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle sugar mixture over the tortilla wedges and toss to coat.
  6. Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
