Delicious French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups

These French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a fun and easy twist on a classic sandwich! Thinly sliced roast beef and melted provolone cheese are rolled up in tortillas and served with a flavorful au jus for dipping.

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Optional: Butter, for lightly browning the roll ups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Evenly distribute the roast beef over each tortilla.
  4. Top the roast beef with a slice of provolone cheese.
  5. Tightly roll up each tortilla and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  7. Optional: Lightly butter the tops of the roll ups.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly browned and heated through.
  9. Slice each roll up into 2-3 pieces and serve immediately with the au jus for dipping.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of butter to the au jus. You can also add caramelized onions to the roll ups for extra flavor.
